Returns & Refunds

All items are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damages & Defects

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Damaged items may be returned for repair only

• Refunds will not be issued

• Return shipping to us is paid by the customer

• Items must be approved before being sent back

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a repair request.
