Handmade to Order
All of our bookcases are handcrafted to order, just for you. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and quality inspection before your order ships. Each piece is made with care and attention to detail, ensuring it meets our high standards.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We ship via UPS and Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 5–10 business days after your order leaves our workshop. Expedited shipping may be available.

  • International shipping may be available. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Local Delivery & Pickup

  • Local delivery within Toronto is available for a flat fee of $100. Please contact us to arrange pickup or local delivery.

Damages & Repairs

  • Each bookcase is carefully packaged, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Damaged items may be returned for repair only. Refunds or replacements are not available.

  • Return shipping for repairs is the responsibility of the customer. Once repaired, your item will be shipped back to you.

Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Please Note:

  • Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, or preference.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our made-to-order and repair-only policy.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.
